Oral and Poster Presentation Guidelines

Dear Delegate of International AYUSH Conclave 2019,

Greetings from all of us here in International AYUSH Conclave (IAC)!

The templates and guidelines for the Oral and Poster Presentations are attached herewith.  Please prepare your presentation as per the directions in the template and send back to us on or before 30.01.2019 to iacscientificsessions@gmail.com.  (You need to send it again, though you have submitted your presentation previously)

The subject of your reply mail should be your name followed by poster presentation (eg. Anil – poster presentation) and the same must be given to the attached MS PowerPoint file also.The body of the mail shall contain your registration details. Presentation of oral paper or poster is subjected to realization of registration. 

Presentations submitted after the stipulated time and presentations prepared in any other format, other than these templates, will be summarily rejected without any prior intimation. Any changes in title, content, author and affiliations from the accepted abstract will not be allowed under any circumstances.

Errors may happen; therefore it is advisable to keep a copy of your presentation with you when you are attending IAC.

Details of date, venue and time of your presentation will be available with registration desk at the conclave venue.  Certificates will be issued only in the name of presenting author after the presentation of the paper (one author is allowed to present only one paper) at the venue.

By sending your presentation to IAC, you are agreeing that the presentation you are making is originated from a factual finding/findings made by you and all participants contributed in the finding/findings is duly informed, and requirements are met.  The presenter/author/authors will be responsible for violations of generally accepted conducts of scientific research and publication (Refer to https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11573-014-0722-8).  The International AYUSH Conclave or its organisers are not at all responsible for any such unethical/illegal activities.

The decision made by the chair of Oral Presentations will be final in prize paper presentations.

In case of any arising disputes other than that of prize paper presentations, the decision made by The Scientific Secretariate will be final.
